Increase economic value of spectrum for certain applications by spectrum auctioning with clearly define the need and economic value of required spectrum in certain bands to consider innovative approaches to guarantee the required level of safety-service availability. Increase availability of radio devices that do not require licensing by radio communications authorities. but carefully assessed on a case-by-case basis for sure that the interference levels to aeronautical systems are increasing. Increase pressure for s haring spectrum allocated to aeronautical services with non-aeronautical services but a comprehensive investigation of interference levels and available margins in all aeronautical bands needs to be conducted urgently.
